Casa Vacanze Rosy - Conditions of use
Admission to the apartments implies acceptance and full compliance with the following regulations: I declare that I know and accept in full and unconditionally the internal regulations for the use of the apartments herein, which shall not be ignored in any way. The person who accepts this is personally responsible for it, including for the persons accompanying him/her.
Delivery of the property upon arrival
The handover of the property is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the date of arrival.For any delays on arrival please kindly contact us beforehand.
Return of keys on departure
The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure in the same condition found upon arrival, that is, leaving everything tidy and clean.
Allowable number of guests per apartment
The number of guests may in no case exceed the number of beds available.
Water, electricity and gas consumption
All apartments are delivered in perfect sanitary condition, fully furnished and equipped with gas stove or stove, hot and cold running water, and 220-volt electricity. Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the sum agreed upon at the time of the contract. Own electric stoves or stoves are not allowed.
Included in the price of the rentals
Initial cleaning, dishes, blankets, mattress covers, pillows and household cleaning utensils.
Subletting
Under no circumstances may the property be sublet to third parties, under penalty of termination of the contract.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are considered valid only after submitting the online form at www.casa-vacanze-palinuro.it and confirmation of the bank transfer payment receipt indicated in the confirmation email.
BALANCE AND COSTS
The balance of the booked stay, plus any additional charges must be paid prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card as well. The guest is reminded to call at least 2 days in advance to arrange the meeting. The security deposit, will be returned at the end of the stay, after verification of the accommodation and after deduction of any damage caused.
LENGTH OF STAY
The minimum rental duration varies depending on the choice of apartment and booking time. Any changes in arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance with Casa Vacanze Rosy. There is no refund if guests anticipate departure or postpone arrival.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of people may not exceed the number declared at the time of booking. The owner may prohibit the entry of excess persons.
PROPERTY EQUIPMENT
The guest agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.). Any breakage or damage shall be compensated at list price. As a guarantee of punctual compliance with the above, the client will pay to the owner the security deposit, the amount of which Euro 150 communicated at the time of signing the contract. The properties, placed on lease, are equipped with sufficient equipment and accessories for the number of people they can accommodate. I guest, upon delivery of the house, is required to check all equipment and report any malfunctions or deficiencies within 24 hours of delivery of the same. Any complaints, received at the end of the stay, will not be considered and any malfunctions or deficiencies in the equipment will be charged to the guest. Guests who have special needs, regarding equipment, should specify those needs on the reservation form, which will be included where possible.
PROPERTY CLEANING AND WASTE DISPOSAL
Garbage: when you arrive, you will be given information about garbage disposal. It must be divided into plastic bottles and containers, glass, paper, wet and other waste. Mandatory is, the separate collection of garbage. Under no circumstances should waste of any kind be abandoned. It will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of garbage and its disposal by adhering to the collection table that you will find in the apartment. The apartment upon return to the owner must be cleared of all garbage. Failure to do so will result in the sum of Euro 50 being withheld from the security deposit. The guest will be responsible for the daily tidying up of the apartment. When returning the property, the guest will be obliged to wash the dishes, empty the dustbin and put back in order any furniture moved during the stay. Penalty for failure to clean the kitchen floor Euro 50.
REFUSAL OR REJECTION OF THE CUSTOMER
Casa Vacanze Rosy or its representative, will have free access to the property to carry out necessary maintenance operations. The guest may be denied access to the property in the following cases: Contrast of data between Voucher and guest and necessary maintenance operations, lack of documents, non-payment of the balance or security deposit. In the event that there is a replacement or increase in the number of people during the stay, immediate removal may be required. Guests may be removed if they behave in a manner contrary to basic norms of civility during their stay. Immediate removal will result in the loss by the guest of any monies already paid.
CARS
1 parking space is included for 'Casa nel Verde' apartments located in Via Pontevaliante 7, Palinuro: Only 1 parking space per apartment is allowed. Casa Vacanze Rosy reserves the right to apply the rate of Euro 10 per day per parking space to all those who will contravene the rule. This fee will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
CANCELLATIONS - CHANGES
In case of cancellation by the guest, the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit. The cancelling guest will be able to be replaced by another person, upon written notice sent by email. Changes of accommodation period are considered cancellations and, therefore, will not entitle the guest to a refund of the deposit. After 24 hours from the non-arrival, and in the absence of communication, the lease will be considered definitively terminated.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute or controversy, only the judicial authority of Vallo Della Lucania shall have jurisdiction.
